I’m Tiffany D. Santana—a certified confident communication coach, certified speaker, and creator of the Servant Communicator Principle.
I also hold a Master of Arts degree in English with a concentration in professional writing and new media, and for more than two decades, I’ve helped individuals strengthen how they communicate in conversations, presentations, and writing.
But more importantly?

Do I need speaking experience to attend?
Not at all.
This experience is designed for women at different levels of communication confidence and experience. Whether you’ve never spoken publicly before or you already teach, lead, coach, or present regularly, this experience will help you strengthen your message, structure, and delivery.
What if I’m nervous about speaking?
You are not alone.
Many of the women who attend this experience are navigating fear, overthinking, self-doubt, or lack of confidence in their voice. This is a supportive, growth-focused environment designed to help you build confidence—not perfection.
Will I actually create a talk during the experience?
Yes.
By the end of the experience, you will have developed and delivered a 3–5 minute signature talk using the frameworks and guidance provided throughout the event.
What kinds of women attend this experience?
The women in this room are professionals, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, coaches, retirees, founders, and women in transition who are ready to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Many are launching businesses, books, ministries, services, programs, or entering new seasons of visibility and leadership.
Is this event faith-based?
This is a faith-friendly experience.
I want to be upfront that I do incorporate biblical principles into my teaching and coaching. However, the communication principles and strategies taught throughout this experience are applicable and valuable for women of any faith background—or no faith background at all.

The experience will take place at a beautiful country club venue in Atlanta, Georgia.
Venue details will be provided after registration.
Is lodging included?
No. Lodging and transportation are not included in the ticket price.
However, we will provide hotel recommendations and nearby accommodations for out-of-town attendees.
Will there be opportunities for feedback?
Absolutely.
This experience includes guided practice sessions, supportive feedback, and opportunities to refine your talk throughout the event.

Is this a conference or a workshop?
This is a hands-on, immersive experience.
You won’t just sit and listen—you’ll actively build, refine, practice, and deliver your signature talk throughout the two days.
Will this experience be recorded?
Portions of the experience may be recorded for promotional and educational purposes.
However, this is designed to be an in-room, interactive experience, and we highly encourage live attendance and participation.
What if I don’t currently have a business or platform?
That’s okay.
This experience is not only for women who already have businesses or speaking platforms. It’s also for women who know they have a message, are entering a new season, or are rediscovering their voice and confidence.
Can I attend if I’m still figuring out my message?
