I'm Tiffany D. Santana, and I'm so grateful that you're here!
I am called to help people who are hungry to master communication as a powerful tool to grow their personal and professional relationships.
Through transformational communication coaching, communication consulting, workshops, and a wide variety of other media and platforms, With more than 20 years of experience helping people develop as communicators, I can help you or your organization grow in your communication skills and relational intelligence to maximize your effectiveness.
My Story
If you let my mother tell it, she'd laugh and say "My daughter has always had A LOT of words."
I have always loved to talk, but even more, I have always loved to connect with and learn about people and the world around me.
I learned very early in life that communication is the key to building relationships, moving others to action, and learning. Having great conversations and speaking before others came very easily to me, but I didn't want to just rest on my laurels there.
I went to Old Dominion University where I studied English. There, I earned a bachelor's degree in English with a teaching certificate and a master's degree in English with a professional writing and new media concentration.
After earning my bachelor's degree, I went into education where I had the honor of teaching youth and adults how to speak, read, analyze, listen, and write. I also had the joy of teaching other educators how to incorporate writing across the disciplines curriculum as a member of the National Writing Project.
Now, I love helping professionals to grow as communicators. To enhance my ability to do that, I became a Dharius Daniels Certified Coach and Speaker.
Because everything we do in life is connected to conversations, I want to help you to be a confident and effective communicator so that you can develop the most important relationships in your life.
I'm wife of Richard, mother of Noah, daughter of Jimmie and Velma, and we all live together in one home with two crazy dogs in Northern Virginia.
I'm an active member of Change Church, and I love boxing, comedy, music, travel, food, movies, podcasts, and personal development books.
